Are all of your products handmade by you?

Yes! This is something we take great pride in. We have thoughtfully chosen all materials, ingredients, colors, etc. We do not outsource or utilize the popular use of print-on-demand services; all of our products are designed, crafted, and shipped from our home studio.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

All of our products are made-to-order. We ask for 2 - 3 business days for creation + shipping time. Should an order take longer, we will always reach out. You will always receive a tracking number when your package ships as well.

Do you deliver locally?

Yep! If you’re local to our home studio, you will have the option for delivery at check out. We will always let you know when your delivery is scheduled.

Do you offer custom orders?

Absolutely! We specialize in custom embroidery and can personalize many of our products to make them extra special. Simply contact us at hello@shopsolandluna.com.

Can I find you in-store?

We have some of our products inside of Megan’s Yoga Tribe in Downtown Lee’s Summit!

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Of course! Should you have a custom gift message, we’d love to include that too.

What is your return policy?

Because our products are made-to-order and customized, we do not offer returns. With that said, if you receive your order and it’s been damaged along the way, please reach out and we will work to resolve.

How do I care for my skincare products?

To ensure the longevity of your organic skincare products, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place - out of the sunlight. This is also why we utilize amber color glassware. Keep in mind, we do not utilize preservatives in our products so using within 3-6 months is recommended.
